About the Artist
Julia Oscarson grew up on the west coast of Canada on Vancouver Island. From an early age Oscarson has always had an interest in painting. She studied fine arts at The Victoria College of Art. Her immersive experiences living across Europe and South East Asia shaped her artistic vision, fostering a deeper dedication to the arts.
